Popularised by Whim Hoff, the use of breathwork and cold exposure has become an avid bio-hacking tool, with its effects on the body prooving to be extremely effective for improved quality of sleep, more focus, and even to improved immune response.

Johannes explains how he used these techniques to overcome trauma in his life and how he now teaches others to do the same.
